September 25, 2025 - DCBA CLE "Compromising Wisely" with Senior Judge, now mediator, Kathleen Dailey.  Lunch 11:45.  CLE 12-1.  In-person CLE in Deschutes County Circuit Court, Courtroom E.  $25 for lunch and CLE.   This CLE presentation and its materials will be valuable to business and personal-injury litigators, family-law and criminal-law attorneys, and anyone interested in a Keep Calm and Carry On process toward "Case Closed."  

October 23, 2025 - DCBA CLE "Stalking Protective Orders and Family Abuse Prevention Act Orders:  Updates and Criminal Law Considerations" with attorneys Mary Sofia of Sofia Defense and Ben Scissors of Ungar Law Office.  Lunch 11:45.  CLE 12-1.  In-person CLE in Deschutes County Circuit Court, Courtroom E.  $25 for lunch and CLE.  This presentation will address the intersection of protective orders and criminal cases.
