March 5, 2026:  Oregon State Bar:  Ethical Issues and Trends Affecting Oregon Lawyers and Licensees.  Presenter:  Nik Chourey, Deputy Counsel for the Oregon State Bar.  This in-person CLE is from 12-1, with lunch at 11:45, in the Deschutes County Circuit Court.  Must register at least 48 hours before the CLE.  Cost:  $35.  One CLE credit pending.  

April 2, 2026:  Process for Application of Fees at State Expense in Probate (SB 578).  This CLE will address appointment to represent Protected Persons, and how to apply for fees.  Presenters include:  Honorable Patrick Henry, Multnomah County Chief Probate Judge (by WebEx), and Deschutes County Circuit Court Judge Alison Emerson, with Deschutes County Probate Commissioner Michele Klinkerfues.  This in-person CLE is from 12-1, with lunch at 11:45, in the Deschutes County Circuit Court.  Must register at least 48 hours before the CLE.  Cost:  $35.  One CLE credit pending.
